About Skadarlija to the Danube Quay
Begin at the top of Skadarlija, the cobbled bohemian street of old kafanas and live tamburica music, and wander down into Dorćol, one of Belgrade’s liveliest neighbourhoods, with its cafés, galleries and small shops. Keep heading downhill to the Danube Quay, where a riverside path runs along the water. Our advice: go in the early evening, when Skadarlija’s bands start to play.
